"C.T was in high demands in the evenings, known as the fastest and most reliable taxi driver in town. His car was his kingdom, and he juggled the streets with exceptionable ease. - His name, and profession are nods to the video game Crazy Taxi.
- He could be based on Axel from the game.
- He is one of the few cards that is only identified by his nickname, and he has one of the shortest names in the game.
- This is one of the few Oblivion cards that don't wear masks in one or more levels.
- His appearance resembles Hisoka Morow from the 1998 manga, Hunter x Hunter but kept the teardrop tattoo/paint on his cheek.
- This is the second card to be resembling that character's appearance, first was Dj0 from Hive.
