The intimidating Alpheus Enigma is a colossal figure in the world of contemporary art and has been recruited by the Government as a Curator to run an experimental space, the concept of which is somewhere between a church and a modern art museum. Enigma is careful to direct these twisted minds toward a new destiny...a collection of men/objects in what will be his most accomplished work to date: the Museum, the place of "eternal life". Out of principle, no interview is ever given...is it not a paradox to ask who he is to a man who has so many sides to him? Just settle for seeing him as the transgression of the borders between art and therapy as seen by the simple people of Clint City... He is a man both in tune with his city, a funeral god for his own clan, and the masterpiece of his own ego.
Mission[]
- A man in tune with his city: Win 100 rounds in tourney mode.
- A funeral god for his own clan: Inflict 666 damage.
- And the masterpiece of his own ego: Win 40 fights through knock-out in survivor mode.

Webcomic[]
- Enigma makes a brief appearance in, "We Are Never Alone", where he mentions that the "corrupted ones" and the government are just puppets.
Trivia[]
- He is the first card in UR who has a different ability for each of his levels.
- He is also one of the few cards in UR who has his ability from the start.
- His fourth level artwork is based off of the Egyptian god, Anubis.
- His appearance was foreshadowed in Leonaparte's bio.
- His nickname, 'Jackal', is a nod to the fact Anubis takes the form of one.
- His name, "Enigma", is a term used for people, who are mysterious, puzzling, or hard to understand, fitting with Enigma's whole appearance and behavior being a whole mystery.
- He is one of the few 5* clan leaders to not start at Level 1.
- As stated in Alucard's bio, Enigma uses deals with other clans to recruit new members for the clan, although those deals and how they look like are unknown.
- Lom's bio seems to indicate that the people he interviews, could help him reach a wide audience, in exchange for something the interviewee seeks with Enigma's help (in Lom's case reaching out to his son Jaxx LD).
- In Pride's bio, it was stated that Enigma often hides in the shadows and observes potential new recruits for the Paradox clan.
- It was further stated that Enigma is really good at the art of persuasion and using words, as he uses brief exchanges rather than violence or constraint like some of the other clan leaders.
- As several bios indicate, Enigma oftentimes very directly interviews new clan members and does not refrain from using more "intrusive" ways, though it is not clarified what he means by that. However, it is implied that he only does this should he feel he is being lied to, or people try to hide something.
- This lines up with Annunaki's bio where Enigma himself approached Annunaki after learning his story to recruit him.
- This also fits Enigma's theme of being a mysterious person, and a riddle to be solved.
- Narke's bio reveals several new aspects of Enigma and his life.
- Narke's bio reveals Enigma to be either gay or bisexual, being his secret lover, making Enigma the second LGBTQ+ leader in Urban Rivals, after Kashink (who is non-binary).
- It was confirmed in the game's Instagram Q&A session that Enigma is gay.
- Narke's bio also reveals that Enigma is giving therapy sessions for his clan members, hinting Enigma might have been or is a therapist.
- His bio also reveals that Enigma previously studied, although exactly unknown what, and used to be an artist.
- Though his own profile mentioned him as a colossal figure in contemporary art, which could be his preferred art style.
- It also reveals Enigma is afraid of being rejected in love, stating to be his only weakness.
- Narke's bio reveals Enigma to be either gay or bisexual, being his secret lover, making Enigma the second LGBTQ+ leader in Urban Rivals, after Kashink (who is non-binary).
- He is the debut card for artist GodTail777, making him his (GodTail777's) first Paradox card.
- He is the second clan leader to be the debut card to an artist, with Rex Sweig (Grelin) being the other.
- With the exception of the Oblivion leaders GodTail777 drew all the first clan leaders of all clans released in the 2020's.
- Freaks leader Majestic considers him as his idol, exact relations to both are unknown, but it could be theorized that Majestic may of rejected Enigma in love.
- His CR Announcement goes as:
"The arrival of the last titan sows panic in the citizens of Clint City, who every day dread the great fight between the 7 titans which risk destroying their city... And while many characters leave Clint City to avoid the oncoming disasters, three heroes do so for altogether other reasons!
Enigma is certainly the clan leader with the biggest ego in town: he won't be happy until the whole of Clint City is his Museum. It is therefore totally unacceptable for our funeral god to see 7 clans get a titan, but not his own! Furious, Enigma leaves to find Pandemos, his huge pet monster who disappeared after slaughtering Kolos and Mechakolos."
- In the Psychos portion of the Rebels & Oculus event it is said that Enigma (along with Boris Cr) has a sizable influence, independent from the Oculus; hinting he may be immune to direct assimilation. This sort of influence was hinted in some of the Paradox members' bios, but the most notable example is Tinomor, who mentioned that Enigma was 'hypnotic.'
- Despite being Collector and his lover Narke being stated to be Paradox's leader; he is still mentioned in later cards that were released after he went Collector.
