As a psychopathic alcoholic and seasoned street fighter, Guy is the perfect leader of the wild skirmishes that inevitably follow a bad night of cards in the Purgatory saloon. He never turns down a good brawl even when he knows he probably won't come out on top… It's a sacrifice he's happy to make so long as he can get in a few good punches. So, the GhosTown are delighted to have him on board, especially when they head to Clint City on one of their "Fight and Clintz" excursions!

- He is based off of William Poole, also known as "Bill the Butcher", who was the leader of the Bowery Boys gang.
- Like Guy, the Bowery Boys were also rioting (in his 4th Level), murdering (in his 5th Level) and consisted of tradesmen, mechanics, and butchers.
- Like William Poole, who was known for being a pugilist, Guy also prefers knuckle boxing fights (in his 3rd level).
