This little magician has come up with techniques that allow him to take full advantage of this stagnant power by retrieving its emanations and infusing them into toys. After a few fairly inconclusive attempts, he's managed to fine-tune the various stages of the process and is now one of the mainstays of the personal manufacturing facility for King Death Adder.
