"Hordes of rats are multiplying at an alarming rate, causing the situation to develop into a global health crisis. In the face of such an emergency, La Junta have mobilized rodent-control experts, one of which has taken an unexpected direction. Through repeated operations, this soldier has formed a strange connection with the rodents due to the waves emitted by his helmet, initially designed to repel mice. Having become something of a celebrity, this soldier is now identified as Grimsnyff - a symbol of this unexpected turn of events."

- His appearance might be based off of the Gascots, entities with Disney gas masks (mostly Mickey Mouse) who were encountered by humans in the Room Zero, an underground bomb shelter at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
- The global health crisis described in his bio is referring to the Black Death, a pandemic that occurred in the Middle Ages in Western Eurasia and North Africa, causing the deaths of millions of people and was mostly caused by rats (which were infected by fleas, the main reason for the disease) being overpopulated in cities, leading to millions of infections.
- This is Jo-1C's first La Junta card.
