- His bio confirms that Sentenza Cr was the reason for Spyke Mt becoming Mythic, but Scarlacc eating him alive caused him to be reborn as a GhosTown member.
- He is the second character to encounter Scarlacc and being eaten by it, with the first being Kerozinn Mt.
- Jose Star in his final level is featured on Hollow Spyke's first artwork, urinating on him.
- He is the third deceased Mythic character to become a member of the GhosTown clan, with the first two being former Nightmare members, Ielena Mt(as La Comtesse) and Kenny Mt(as Kenny West). He is however, the fourth overall, as Ratanah Mt is alive in Purgatory but changed her apperance to become Rony Bones.
