"At Clint City Psychiatric Hospital, a patient believed himself to be the descendant of a great Roman emperor, an illusion exacerbated by his severe bipolar disorder, which he dubbed "Caeasar's fever." One day, a mysterious man showed up, claiming to be a representative of the Paradox, an organization of so-called Artists. In return for huge bribes, he then left with the patient, leaving the hospital staff complicit in this strange transaction. Everyone knows, but nobody dares talk about it: they use these patients for their experiments and, after lobotomizing their brains, turn them into "living statues" in their museum. The madness of ancient history mingles with modern machinations in Clint City's largest museum."

- He is based on the Roman general and stateman, Julius Caesar.
- His level 3 art shows him holding a colander and having straps of lettuce around his waist, could be a nod to the salad, Caesar salad.
- However, statues of Julius Caesar did appeared in Divus' level 1 & level 3 artwork.
- This is the second Paradox card to be referencing Roman history, first was Divus from the same clan.
- Thought in his related characters, he somehow became friends with Divus. Even his mission mentions ancient Romz that were mentioned in Divus' bio.
- He is Chahine80's first Paradox card since Narke, a little over two years ago.
