Everyone in town's talking about the Legend of the Infinite Serpent and Kaskar is a hardcore fan. As a walking encyclopedia on the snake, Kaskar almost ended up as one, but then managed to turn this to his financial advantage with his body now opening doors to him in terms of TV appearances, hosting tattooing conventions, and working in night clubs that recruit him to dance. "There are humanoids everywhere in Clint City, but it has to be said, you don’t get many in the Bangers district... So, I tend to come as a bit of a shock, particularly to children. But then, when I introduce myself and they realize that I'm just another kid from the block, everything's cool", relates the guy who claims to be passionate about the Uroboros legend...

- He is Mikuloctopus's first Bangers card.
- He is the first card since the early days of the game where his artwork is cropped (albeit in the first level art).
- His appearance in his first and second level artworks seems to be based off of the Marvel superhero, Shang-Chi.
- His mission mentions the Webtoon, a comic-series and original story developed and published by the Founders of Urban Rivals.
- He is also the first card to have any mention of the Webtoon at all.
- His bio mentioning the Legend of the Infinite Serpent is a direct nod to the Webtoon's story, which is said to introduce the new clan at its climax.
- He is the first card to mention the new clan, rumored to be called Ouroboros, in his bio.
- This was later disproven when the character page was updated and mentioned Oblivion, as the clan's name.
