Having run away from her clan after problems over illegal pillz dealing in festivals and raves, Maya had to find herself a new clan, who would accept her in spite of her past misdemeanors. With the Raptors, she was among people who also had a troubled past and who accepted her without any questions asked. - It's possible the clan she used to belong to was the Junkz, due to the fact that festivals and raves fit with the Junkz's lifestyle.
- She, Finn, Wilkinson, Cannibal Jo Mt, and Impera Sloane Cr are the only human Raptors members to not be convicted of a crime, in Maya's case, she's never been to jail.
