When trialed and then sentenced for attempting to flay and set fire to about ten people, in his defense Moro claimed "the Phoenix goddess had demanded sacrifices". So when the plane crashed and he was rescued from the flames by the Raptors' second-in-command, Moro was convinced it must be a sign: she was surely the living embodiment of the blazing goddess and it was his duty to serve her. However, although the surrounding wildlife was rich in sacrificial reptiles, Moro wrongly concluded the goddess would prefer human flesh. Finally, tired of all these useless corpses cluttering up the place, the Raptors' second-in-command decided to tie Moro up during the day and only release him at night at a good distance from the camp so as to avoid losing any more important clan members. However, now he's in Clint City, the hunting ground is a lot more suited to his crazed way of thinking.

Advantages & Disadvantages

  • His base damage is 7, which is good for a 4*.
  • His ability copies the base power of the opposing card, which may help or hinder him.
  • The clan bonus cancels all attack modifications, which helps in low-pill fights.

  • His base power is 4, which is very low for a 4*.
  • His ability may wind up hindering him, if he copies a card with a low base power.
  • He will lose when facing a card pill-to-pill due to being a 4*.
  • He is weak against SoA, since he must contend with his low base power.
  • He is also weak against damage reduction.
  • His main weakness are cards, like: Alexei, Striker Cr and Platinum, who not only stop his ability, but also reduce his base power.
  • He is a 4*, so he takes up room in your deck.
  • He has competition from the other 4* in Raptors.

  • His later artwork seems to be based off of Quan Chi, a villain from the popular fighting game series, Mortal Kombat.
  • The "X" on his forehead is a nod to the cult leader, Charles Manson, who came to his trial with one on his.
  • His mission's name, Dogs of War, comes from a song by Pink Floyd.
  • Due to the fact that he claimed metaphysical reasons for his murders, he might also be based off of David Berkowitz, who is better known as Son of Sam.
  • His second mission's name comes from Brazilian heavy metal band, Angra's, concept album.
