Background[]
Neil has always dreamed of experiencing new sensations and opening the doors of perception, just like in the songs of “The Windows”. So to do that, he's been on the search for a formula containing the perfect concentration of pillz, so perfect even Morphun would be jealous of it! And he's found…well, something. But although this product endows him with supernatural powers, his body is paying a heavy price.

Advantages & Disadvantages[]
Advantages:
- His damage is 6, or 8 with fury, which allows you to 2KO with other cards.
- His ability assures that your opponent will lose something no matter if you win or lose.
- His ability can also really hurt your opponent towards the final rounds.
- His bonus adds 8 attack.
- He has 7 power which is good.
- He isn't heavily reliant on his ability.
Disadvantages:
- He is a 4 star so he takes up room in your deck.
- Without his bonus he can be weaker.
- His ability is only triggered when he loses a round.

- Neil's third and final level evolution could be based on Gas-O from the Bust-A-Groove series.
- "The Windows" is the band Matthew was part of.
- Neil's final evolution could also be based off of the Yu-Gi-Oh card, Jinzo.
- His final evolution could also be based off of the League of Legends Champion, Singed.
