UR veterans, you are of course familiar with her. She's Clint City's Minister of Immigration, working 24/7/365. How does she do it? It's very simple, the "Phalloide" version of Kate is a robot. Although her technology has been out of date for a few years, that doesn’t stop her being incredibly efficient. For several weeks now, the Oculus has infiltrated her circuits and the upgrade seems to be working. The robot and the super alien are now one, making our Phalloide, legendary!

Her name comes from the nickname of one of Urban Rivals' artists, Sabrina Thauvin.
- She is the second artist to have a card based off themselves, with Fudge being the other.
This is Mikuloctopus's first Oculus card, and also their first Legendary card.
She is the first known Oculus female, and the first Oculus card to not have 'host' or 'advisor' in the name.
- She is also the first Oculus card whose levels showcase a transformation into a less human-like form.
