Background[]
Pino's life does not mirror his ambitions. Born to rule, the only thing he's been in charge of till now is a pizza van. The Montanas like him even though they think he's a loser, and have a special fondness for his famous curare calzones. But the Pizza King hopes to beat his way up through the ranks of crime.

- The name and logo on the pizza boxes he's holding in his second redesigned level is a nod to the pizza chain, Domino's.
- On July 19th, 2024 it is revealed that he has a daughter named Donna Black, who was released in the last release cycle under its original release format, in contrast to him being among the first releases in 2006.
