Polit (acronym for Profile, Oils, Limitless, Infinity and Talks) is the high command of Clint City.
Its members are the "high sphere" that decides the fate of Clint City and controls the lives of its inhabitants.
The first part of the Polit is made up of Bukerzerg, Alekperov, Zebos, Kusm ,Rodsey and Slatter, who are very powerful and influential personalities in the life of every inhabitant of Clint City, bypassing the clan chiefs and the Leaders.
Polit members have always sought power. So when the Oculus arrived in Clint City, infected Kate, and started bribing other people, they willingly gave themselves to it.
However, though they were 5 at first, there was later more members of the Polit revealed who would be controlling parts of the City with one of them being Slatter and later in 2023, a second wave of solely female POLIT members were revealed, more in the shadows as they were leading ministries focused on different lobbies. The second part of the Polit is made up of P. Evertec, L. Ionvex, I. Lecsevy, T. Silkvale and O. Valosy.
In 2025, another wave of a shadow government, with new ministries arrived to control Clint City. This shadow government called itself D.I.C.T.A.T. (acronym for Development, Innovation, Control, Transparency, Ascension, Triumph) and was focused on controlling Clint City by working and undermining the factions of Clint City. The heads of these ministries are Florian Urbex, Severina Kriegson, A. Hypnos, L. Wachtmann, A. Synapsburg and E. Dunkelstern.

- Their full names are: Noah Bukerzerg at the head of the social PROFILE, Vaguit Alekperov at the head of the OILZ, Jack Zebos at the head of LIMITLESS, Claudie Kusm at the head of INFINITY, Cyrielle Rodsey at the head of the TALKS platform and Michael Slatter as the chairman of the Clint City soccer league.
- The full names of the second POLIT wave, the one who is more active in the shadows, are Poppy Evertec in charge of the climate ministry, Li Ionvex in charge of the technology ministry, Irina Lecsevy in charge of the agriculture/agri-food ministry, Tiffany Silkvale in charge of the pharmaceutical lobby and Odile Valosy in charge of the financial ministry.
- The full names of the third POLIT wave, one who prepares in the shadows to then openly impose their visions on Clint City, are Florian Urbex in charge of the Infrastructure and Urban Planning ministry, Severina Kriegson in charge of the Defense ministry.
- They are a conspiratorial representation that indicates how great economists, influencers, social networks, and the mass media influence control the masses.
- The Polit members are so far the only Oculus members, who infiltrate 5 clans instead of just 4, like the other clans, showing that they have more power and influence in the city.
- This could also be a nod to their inspirations, as their inspirations are individuals with much power, money and influence.
- In the story "Inside Oculus", which was released alongside Dark Morphun, it has been hinted that their actual appearance (on their last levels) as well as Dark Morphun's, has always been their true form and their human form was just a disguise.
- Their structure of being 6, formerly 5, figures, as well as them governing the city in public while obeying a secret entity unknown to the public, is taken off of the Five Elders from the One Piece franchise, 5 elderly men who govern the world publicly, but answer to one individuum in secret.
