In the story, 13th Room (True Detective), it is revealed that Xanitax-inflicted Robb Cr (who would eventually be called, Xantiax Robb) was being kept in there as well as canisters of the gas, itself. Due to an accident, the canisters leaked and lead to the creation of the Berzerk clan.

- The number 13 is known to be unlucky.
- Room 13 was the same room (where a main character was murdered) that was used in the film, Psycho, who Norman, the keeper of the room, is based off of.
- It was mentioned in Chiavella's mission.
- Hriger was originally sent to destroy the room's secret, but was later informed by Ksendra that the room's secret was unrelated to his goals.
