Trivia[]

  • Sayura's name is based off Sayuri, the main character of the novel and film Memoirs of a Geisha.
  • Her bio is a parody of the female samurai back in the ronin days. They would often disguise themselves as prostitutes, and would then head to the enemy clan to seduce the leader. Afterwards, she would kill him in his sleep or take his head completely.
  • It was later revealed that she has a descendant from the Hive clan, Nagataa, who shares both her appearance as well as her profession as a geisha.

Physical Appearance[]

Sayura is a traditional geisha with the also the obvious Japanese ethnicity looks. As a geisha, she has the bihaku make up with pink circular blush above her cheek bones. Her hair style is tied into a traditional Japanese bun, big and tied to the top with a scarlet ribbon with two yellow sakura blossoms. On her hair bun, there are 4 hairpin/hair sticks stuck to it symmetrically like a beetle's horn. She has a thin, curly side 'bangs' just beside her ears. She wears a white kimono with semi-loose sleeve that has gold-colored hemlines. She wears a scarlet obi similar with her hair ribbon,  it's not really tied together in an obi, just wrapped around her hip. Like most geisha, hangyoku or maiko, Sayura wears a pair of geta.

In her Level 1 mode, she has a shamisen with a hidden dagger inside of it, as she has a hidden motive to kill someone as she 'entertains' them.

In her Level 2 mode, she looses the collar of her kimono to her chest, while revealing her back with a bamboo green tattoo that has an art of some butterflies around some embroidery curly vines. Instead of the shamisen, she uses a short parasol now.

In her Level 3(last) mode, Sayura seems more resilient, with her short parasol opened that releases some illusionary golden butterflies.
