Majestic doesn't go about recruiting in your run of the mill way. With his supernatural powers, he can search - for short periods - in alternative dimensions. And one day, by pure luck, he stumbled upon a truly intriguing dimension... As if looking at a photo of a moving memory, Majestic found himself lost for words when faced with a young boy in monochrome colors. He was just the recruit needed to create a new buzz down at the Freaks Circus!
