Don't assume that because the whales where we're from, live in water, that those from outer space and sent by the great Cosmo-entity, are necessarily the same. For example, Shamurxxt is a flying species who lives among the clouds to stay out of sight and electrically charge himself. Not many people know about him and those who dare to say they've seen him, just get laughed at: you see all sorts of things in Clint City, but storms do not come from flying whales!
