Since the fall of the "JNGA XII" meteorite on Clint City Zoo, hybrids have been popping up all over town as the radiation disperses. Taki is one of these non-Jungos as he didn't come from the zoo but instead mutated at a later date when the radiation seeped out. Alone he started to clean up the oceans of old explosives, left over from various conflicts, until he was spotted by Alfred Life who was on a rescue mission of his own. The information then got back to the clan, and Taki was taken on by the Rescue so he could continue his work with greater resources at his disposal!
