Background
RIP Tannen, the unscrupulous hunter who slaughtered more buffalo than there are stars in the sky. He was trampled to death by the hooves of an entire herd in one of the region's canyons after being thrown off his horse by a Comanche arrow. Tannen was the hunter but he became the prey.

Trivia
- His name could be a nod to Buford Tannen, the outlaw from Back To the Future III.
- His final level form bears a resemblance to a minotaur.
- He could have been killed by Comanche according to his bio, "...he was trampled to death by the hooves of an entire herd in one of the region's canyons after being thrown off his horse by a Comanche arrow".
- It is also assumed that his death was in retaliation for him killing Comanche's husband.
- He is responsible for McBrown's death.
