"Out in his truck, he visits several weekly markets on the Ulu Watu coast. A fishmonger who goes by the name of Wez, he visits the Komboka Oasis, the Aquana Sardines and Piranas Bay markets. Trivia

• He is based off of two characters from the world-famous and popular manga series, Naruto. While his job as a fishmonger and the way his sword is wrapped are a nod towards Kisame Hoshigaki and his sword Samehada, his appearance in his final artwork as well as the sword design are based off of Zabuza Momochi and his sword, Kubikiribōchō.
• He's the first Oblivion who doesn't wear a mask in his first level.
