After a particularly violent storm, the little albino bat lost his bearings north of the Nightmare Manor...in the middle of Orfanwood forest. Despite finding himself trapped in a part of the forest awash with hawthorn trees, an army of little plastic soldiers appeared from nowhere to rescue him! But, as often is the case, there was an ulterior move to their actions and this was project Whirlyboy! - He might be based off of Shikaka, the focus animal of the movie, Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls.
- He's the first Dominion to be created by a Fantasy Rival character, Fridlia, instead of TreeFactory.
- His name and his later levels showing him with a helicopter propeller on his back, is a play on the word, 'Whirlybird', a nickname for a helicopter.
